These tea towels are crafted with care, reducing waste and ensuring quality. The production process emphasizes durability, so they last longer—making them a more sustainable choice than disposable alternatives.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

Do you offer a Tea Towel Subscription?
Not at this time, however we’re excited to offer this soon! Please share your interest by contacting us and we will add you to the waitlist!

How/when will my order ship?
Within the US, orders ship via USPS or FedEx. Once your payment is received, your order will ship out from our studio within 3 - 7 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Once an order leaves our studio, the carrier is responsible.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We hope to offer this in the near future. Please notify us if you require international shipping and we will notify you when this is an available option.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on domestic orders totaling $100 USD or more. For shipments to Hawaii, and domestic orders totaling less than $100 USD, shipping charges are determined based on your location, as well as the total quantity and weight of the items in your order.

What happens if my shipment is undeliverable?
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect or undeliverable and the package is returned to us, the buyer may choose to pay for reshipping to a different address, or request a refund for the product, excluding the original shipping cost.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Unused, unopened, and undamaged items can be returned within 7 days of receipt (with the exception of sale items). Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund back to your credit card minus the cost of shipping. We do not refund shipping costs.

To begin the refund/return process, please email and inform us that you would like to return a product. Once the merchandise arrives back to us, we will process the refund as outlined above.

Where is 432 Design located?
Our studio and office are based out of Fort Collins, Colorado. Product is shipped from this same location.
